Competitive dance provides young dancers with opportunities to build confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, and lifelong friendships, but it also comes with significant additional costs for families. Competition registration fees, competition-level costumes, team apparel, travel and other expenses can add up quickly.
Through the generosity of our local sponsors, together with the year-round fundraising efforts of our RMAD Parent Fundraising Committee, we are able to offset some of these costs and help make competitive dance more accessible to more children in our community.
Sponsorship support helps cover expenses such as competition registration fees, competition costumes, and team apparel, reducing the financial burden placed on individual families. This support is especially important as our dancers travel throughout Ontario to represent RMAD and our community at multiple competitions each season.
Our sponsors are doing much more than putting their name on a team. They are helping ensure that financial barriers do not prevent talented, dedicated young dancers from having the opportunity to participate, grow, perform, and be part of something they are proud of.
